Delivery

The customer has the right to choose either delivery to their address or self-pickup from the store located at Salam Rd. in Naama Bay (next to the Russian Pharmacy and Rich Home). Store coordinates: 27.910886, 34.318586

Order delivery is carried out by the Seller 24/7, using its own resources and at its own expense (may be performed by third parties, but at the Seller’s expense) within the delivery zone.

Delivery cost:

Zone 1 (from Hadaba to Domina) – 80 EGP, free from 1000 EGP
Zone 2 (sharks bay, Montazah) – 130 EGP, free from 1300 EGP
Zone 3 (Nabq) – 180 EGP, free from 1500 EGP

Customers are given the opportunity to independently select a delivery time during the checkout process, based on available time slots.

ATTENTION! Delivery to the Customer is made to the door, provided the courier has access to the compound or hotel complex. If access is not available, the Customer is obliged to receive the order at the main entrance gate or agree on a new delivery location with the courier service. If it is impossible to determine or agree on such a location, the order will be canceled.

The final order total may differ from the amount indicated at checkout after the order is assembled at the warehouse, if the order includes weighted goods and/or packaging materials. The final amount payable is communicated to the Customer after order assembly.

During delivery, the courier hands over the ordered items (goods) and a receipt listing all delivered items in the order, their quantity, and cost.

Upon receiving the order, you must carefully check the goods for quantity and quality. The time for inspecting all goods in the order should not exceed 10 (ten) minutes.
